Ø A Legal structure is needed for the e-commerce as global activities includes intelligence, proprietorships, confidential, and secret information.
Ø Each country has developed his own rules and laws
Ø The Indian Government has developed IT Laws applicable for Information Technology under IT Act.
Ø By the IT Law a customer free from fear that his information will be confident and will not be misuse by any other person
Ø The online trading companies will get legal assistance whenever their company logos or content/information is misuse by any other person.
Ø In E-Commerce country borders are not important so , an international deed is necessary
